Healthy Meal prep cafe. Rotating meal plan menu that changes every week. Simply order online and pick up in store Sunday-Tuesday. These meals are also offered in low carb and extra protein. The other option we have for meal prep is our Grab N' Go freezers in store. Similar to the meal plan meals, but frozen and you don't have to order online. Also a full service cafe with smoothies, build your own bowls, pizzas, build your own burger, melts, flatbreads, and protein iced-coffee bar.
